US-China Official Diplomatic and Defense Corpus

This dataset provides a large-scale, systematically collected corpus of official diplomatic texts released by the governments of China and the United States between January 2021 and December 2025. It is designed to support empirical research in international relations, political economy, strategic communication, computational social science, and natural language processing. The corpus consists exclusively of publicly available, authoritative government communications, covering diplomacy, security, foreign policy, and international cooperation.
