Microorganisms strain:Klebsiella pasteurii Genome sequencing

This project aims to investigate the gut microbiota of the Klebsiella pasteurii . We performed whole-genome sequencing of bacterial isolates derived from the gut of Apriona swainsoni collected from Zhejiang Province, China. The data will be used for taxonomic classification, functional annotation, and comparative genomic analysis to explore symbiotic mechanisms and metabolic potential. This study provides insights into host-microbe interactions in wood-feeding insects.
