Gene expression profiling of adult Drosophila melanogaster prickle-spiny legs mutant brains

Study of genome-wide differential gene expression of adult Drosophila melanogaster prickle-spiny legs mutant brains compared to control animals. Brains were dissected from prickle-spiny legs mutant and control adults. Total RNA was isolated and converted to cDNA for array hybridization. Each genotype was represented with two biological replicates, each with four technical replicates.
