DSC analisys of the raw material and hydrogels. Data underlying the research project "Gelatin-alginate hydrogels for hard-to-heal wounds" (GAlHyd)

<em>Differential scanning calorimetry</em> (DSC) analyses. The purpose of these experiments was to investigate thermal properties of natural polymers (gelatin, sodium alginate) and hydrogels based on these polymers. All measurements were tested on a DSC25 TA instrument. The TRIOS software was using for DSC treatment.The raw material and air dried hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 15,00 °C; Ramp 10,00 °C/min to 180,00 °C. The original hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 0,00 °C; Ramp 1,00 °C/min to 100,00 °C.
