State of Aadhaar Survey 2017-18 Do_files

Contains the following –do files: a. Generating variables used for analysis: i. 00_genvar_nonroster_pub: This –do file takes the cleaned non-roster data (SOA2018_nonroster_cleaned.dta) and generates variables used for analysis; output is SOA2018_nonroster_cleaned_gen.dta. ii. 0_genvar_roster_pub: This –do file takes the cleaned roster data (SOA2018_roster_cleaned.dta) and generates variables used for analysis; output is SOA2018_roster_cleaned_gen.dta. b. Section-by-section analysis –do files: These –do files take as input either non-roster or roster data (cleaned with new variables generated, i.e. SOA2018_nonroster_cleaned_gen.dta or SOA2018_roster_cleaned_gen.dta), depending on the section / analysis, and conduct analysis which produces output tables in the “Output_tables” folder. They are organized by sections, which correspond to topics as well as sections of the State of Aadhaar Report 2017-18. i. 1_Enrolment_pub.do ii. 2_Data_quality_pub.do iii. 3_General_usage_pub.do iv. 4_Banking_pub.do v. 5_Mobile_pub.do vi. 6_PDS_pub.do vii. 7_User_awareness_pub.do viii. 8_NREGA_pub.do Note: Please change the directories accordingly before running the –do files.
