Health Quality and Safety Indicators — Satisfaction Measurement (e-Satis Device) — 2018 Compendium

The HAS develops and validates, with professionals, indicators of quality and safety of care allowing comparison between establishments, used by institutions as tools for improving quality. It has been engaged with the Ministry of Health since 2008 in the implementation of the compendium of these indicators.
