Lobe-less, a long noncoding RNA that regulates Drosophila mushroom body morphogenesis

Investigation of the effects of lol mutation on Drosophila transcriptome. w[1118] was used as the control strain. The lol mutation used in this study were further described in Inagaki et al. A triplicated DNA microarray experiments were performed using total RNA from whole body or head of mutants (males or females were sorted), with three independent samples for each experiment.
