We have enriched and subsequently sequenced by the NGS 454 Titanium technology ~850 kb comprised of the copy number variable defensin gene cluster DEFB, the invariable part of the DEFA cluster and 11 control regions (CTRL) from two HapMap genomes (NA12716, NA12760) by NimbleGen Sequence Capture Arrays.
