Orthoparalogs and paralogs of WGD1

Orthoparalogs of WGD1 used in this study. It is a list of all genes that have WGD1 paralogs (within each species) and orthologs across all species - <em>P. tetraurelia</em>, <em>P. biaurelia</em>, <em>P. sexaurelia</em>, and <em>P. caudatum</em>. <br> These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "<strong>A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication"</strong>.
