Bacterial and fungal communities in soils naturally restored after deposits of excavated sedimentary crude rock phosphate

Characterize bacterial and fungal communities of plant-associated compartments across the mined sites recovered one century after the ecological disturbance, in terms of diversity and taxonomic composition.Track if differences in microbial patterns can be observed comparing nP samples with P samples to putatively conclude about impact of RP inputs and high P contents in soils.
