Anonymized Survey Dataset and Supporting Materials for User Change Readiness in ERP Implementation

Version 1.2.0 updates the open-data package to align with the final camera-ready manuscript and the completed reviewer-requested robustness analysis. The materials include the complete questionnaire instrument, an anonymized analysis dataset for 50 eligible respondents, an item-level codebook, the primary PLS-SEM outputs, the SmartPLS co-author-exclusion sensitivity outputs (N = 49) with all five structural paths and 5,000 bootstrap samples, and camera-ready manuscript v1.4.0. The sensitivity analysis preserves the substantive conclusion that perceived need for change is the only statistically significant direct predictor in this sample. Names, email addresses, precise timestamps, original form identifiers, organization identifiers, and demographic quasi-identifiers remain excluded from the open dataset; row order is randomized and replacement response identifiers are used. This version supersedes version 1.1.0.
