Replication package for "Stress-Testing Dependency Cascades with PEP 508-Derived Functional Boundaries: A Large-Scale Empirical Study in the PyPI Ecosystem"

This is version 1.2.0 of the replication package for the manuscript "Stress-Testing Dependency Cascades with PEP 508-Derived Functional Boundaries: A Large-Scale Empirical Study in the PyPI Ecosystem". It contains analysis source code, frozen inputs, machine-readable results, tests, figure-generation scripts, validation outputs, and provenance documentation needed to reproduce the archived analyses. Version 1.2.0 adds the T1 temporal pattern check using frozen Libraries.io-derived PyPI runtime-dependency inputs for the 2017-06-15 and 2020-01-12 snapshots, together with the tested runner and JSON/CSV results. The large original Libraries.io CSV archives are not redistributed. The MIT License applies to the analysis source code. Included third-party metadata and derived inputs remain subject to their source providers' terms.
