NRS-12446 | Maps of the Parishes of the County of Cumberland

This volume contains the following printed maps: skeleton map of the County of Cumberland (showing parishes); and maps of the parishes of  Berowra; Castle Hill; Concord; Cowan; Field of Mars;  Hunters Hill; Liberty Plains; Marramarra; North Colah; and South Colah. These maps were 'drawn, printed and published' by William Meadows Brownrigg (Land Surveyor, Estate and Land Agent of Jamison Street Sydney), and were collected in a volume with a dedication to Governor Fitzroy.Annotated  tracings of a number of these maps form part of NRS 8222 and 13028.(X2302). 1 vol. Note: This description is extracted from Concise Guide to the State Archives of New South Wales, 3rd Edition 2000.
