Excel file containing two sheets, the first contains the CPR data, the second contains the CPR taxa names included within each grouping. Taxa are summed within each grouping (given in headings), annual means have been calculated for the CPR standard area D4.
Plankton abundance counts are recorded according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. (2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74). Units are “Number of organisms per sample”.
