RO-C-RPCMAG-3-EXT1-CALIBRATED

This dataset contains CALIBRATED (CODMAC LEVEL 3) DATA of the EXTENDED MISSION PHASE 1 (EXT1) from January 13 until April 6 2016 of the ROSETTA orbiter magnetometer RPCMAG. Observations are done in the vicinity of comet 67P/CHURYUMOV-GERASIMENKO 1 (1969 R1). The current version of the dataset is V9.0. The difference to the datasets of earlier versions is mainly a significantly improved sensor temperature model more detailed documentation about magnetic disturbance sources more data handling information for the user and also an improved quality flagging system.
