A 16S rRNA gene deep sequencing taxonomic profile was performed to reveal the composition and distributions of microorganisms compounding two sampling sites located outside from the plant: rock sediment and artificial cave. The rock sediment is situated next to the reservoir while the artificial cave have the function of to relieve pressure of the massif.
