Lake Kinneret Multi-Sensor Limnological Dataset (2017-2023)

This dataset provides seven years (2017-2023) of multi-sensor monitoring data from Lake Kinneret, Israel. It combines underwater fluoroprobe measurements of phytoplankton from five stations, satellite-derived chlorophyll maps from Sentinel-2, continuous meteorological observations, and machine learning predictions of phytoplankton community composition. The dataset supports water quality research, satellite validation, and ecological modelling of lake ecosystems.
