Efficacy and safety of ciprofol versus remimazolam combined with alfentanil for sedation during outpatient colonoscopy: a randomized double-blind noninferiority trial

This dataset contains fully de-identified clinical data from a single-center randomized double-blind noninferiority trial comparing ciprofol (0.4 mg·kg⁻¹) versus remimazolam (0.3 mg·kg⁻¹), both combined with alfentanil for sedation during outpatient colonoscopy. All personal identifiable information has been completely removed to protect patient privacy. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, intraoperative vital signs, procedural time indicators, colonoscopy success outcomes, postoperative QoR-15 recovery scores, satisfaction questionnaires, and intraoperative adverse event records for all 176 enrolled subjects in the ITT population.
