PhePlastiComp Results

Data extracted from simulations performed with the NetLogo agent-based model PhePlastiComp. This dataset consists of 69 separate Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets containing the outcomes of multiple runs (1 run = 1 row). For each run, allele relative frequencies and generation number at the final time step (i.e., when an absorbing state is reached) are reported. The files are systematically named to reflect the specific scenario for full transparency and reproducibility. Please note that the letter "V" indicates a validation scenario and that the letter "S" indicates scenarios included in the sensitivity analysis.
