Included SNPs were significantly associated with Bandim TBScore after Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons (p S1 Table. SNPs are annotated as described in McHenry and colleagues [61]. Allele effects were assessed using a linear mixed effect model in the R package kimma to account for sex, HIV status, and genotypic principal components 1 and 2.
