Changes in Road Centrality and Hospital Access Redundancy: Impacts of the 2024 Flood in the Metropolitan Core of Porto Alegre, Brazil

This dataset contains the vector and raster files used to to analyze the impact on urban connectivity and resilience in the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Region from the 2024 floods. The road network was extracted from OpenStreetMap using the osmium tool. The article was reviewed and aproved to 2025 AGILE Conference on Geographic Information Science.
