Murine skin bulk RNA-seq of C57BL/6J mice treated with IMQ or Csf1r+/- mutation

This project investigates the transcriptional changes in the back skin of C57BL/6J female mice (8-10 weeks old) under different conditions. The mice were divided into four groups: wild-type (WT) control, WT treated with imiquimod (IMQ), Csf1r+/- control, and Csf1r+/- treated with IMQ. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on skin lesions to identify differentially expressed genes and understand the underlying molecular mechanisms.
