H&M Indonesia_Google Play Store Review Dataset

This dataset contains 1,975 customer reviews of H&M application from 2020 until first quarter of 2025, collected through web scraping from the Google Play Store. The data was gathered to analyze preferences and factors influencing customer satisfaction, aiming to provide strategic recommendations for H&M. This dataset can be used for research in application optimization based on customer preference.
