This is a supplementary dataset for the article about foreign authors in Russian Scopus-indexed journals (in Russian). It contains publication and citation data for countries, journals, country clusters, subject areas and topics Based on the set of ca.90000 papers with strictly foreign affiliations (without Russian affiliations) in ca 600 journals for 2000-2021
