Effect of Acetominophen on Rat Primary Hepatocytes.

Primary rat hepatocytes were treated for 24 and 48 hours with two doses (500 uM and 5 mM) of acetominophen and 1% DMSO vehicle control. Five replicates of each treatment were performed. Cells were then extracted and RNA processed for microarray analysis.采用500 μM与5 mM两种浓度的对乙酰氨基酚（acetominophen）以及1%二甲基亚砜（DMSO）溶剂对照，对原代大鼠肝细胞（Primary rat hepatocytes）分别处理24小时与48小时。每个处理组均设置5次重复实验。随后提取细胞并对RNA进行处理，以开展基因芯片微阵列（microarray）分析。
