This repository contains anonymized raw data and supplementary analysis files associated with the manuscript: “Divergent Effects of Caloric Restriction and Endurance Training on Adipose Macrophage-Related Gene Expression in Aged Wistar Rats”. The dataset includes:- body weight measurements- maximal running capacity data- fasting glycemic and lipid variables- calculated metabolic and atherogenic indices- RT-qPCR measurements for CD11c and CD206 expression in epididymal white adipose tissue All animal data were anonymized prior to upload. The repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analysis.
