IBDmix calls of introgressed Neanderthal sequences in individuals from the 1000 Genomics Project populations

This submission provides DNA sequence regions predicted to be introgressed from Neanderthals in individuals from the 1000 Genomes Project. The calls were generated using a new IBDmix (https://github.com/PrincetonUniversity/IBDmix) analysis framework that uses genetic distance as opposed to physical distance in measuring segment size. Calls are provided using Altai, Vindija, and Chagyrskaya as the Neanderthal archaic reference genome.
