资源简介:
AnDy Overhead Drilling With PAEXO Simulation Dataset V1.0 This dataset consists of outputs of an AnyBody musculoskeletal model, that replicates an experimental laboratory study where 12 subjects were instructed to drill above their head with and without PAEXO exoskeleton. Please check the following publication for more information about the goals and details of the experimental study: Maurice, P. & Čamernik, J. & Gorjan, D. & Schirrmeister, B. & Bornmann, J. & Tagliapietra, L. & Latella, C. & Pucci, D. & Fritzsche, L- & Ivaldi, S. & Babič, J.. (2019). Evaluation of PAEXO, a novel passive exoskeleton for overhead work. Computer Methods in Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering. 22. S448-S450, https://doi.org/10.1080/10255842.2020.1714977 The underlying dataset used in the simulation study can be found here: Maurice, Pauline, Camernik, Jernej, Gorjan, Dasa, Babic, Jan, Schirrmeister, Benjamin, Bornmann, Jonas, Ivaldi, Serena, Tagliapietra, Luca, Latella, Claudia, & Pucci, Daniele. (2018). AndyData-lab-onePersonWithExoskeleton [Data set]. In IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation Engineering: Vol. In press (Version 1). Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1472214 The model, used to create this dataset, was constructed based on a full human body model, comprised of all major body parts such as upper and lower extremities, and a trunk model including detailed cervical, lumbar regions and the abdominal pressure, available in the AnyBody Managed Model Repository. The assembled model was driven by motion capture data recorded in the experimental study. Model description and analysis of this dataset are available and correspond to the following paper: Fritzsche, L., Galibarov, P., Gärtner, C., Bornmann, J., Damsgaard, M., Wall, R., . . . Babič, J. (2021). Assessing the efficiency of exoskeletons in physical strain reduction by biomechanical simulation with AnyBody Modeling System. Wearable Technologies, 2, E6. https://doi.org/10.1017/wtc.2021.5 The dataset is a set of CSV files that contain outputs of the musculoskeletal simulation: joint reaction forces and muscle activations. The structure of the data is presented below: SubjectID\      Trial\           JointReactionsOutput.csv            MuscleOutput.csv JointReactionsOutput.csv files contain joint reaction forces described by the joint name and component, e.g.: ..., L4L5_AnteroPosterior_Force, L4L5_ProximoDistal_Force, L4L5_MedioLateral_Force..., which represents joint forces in the L4L5 joint of the lumbar spine in different directions. MuscleOutput.csv files contain muscle activations corresponding to topology of AnyBody model described by the side, muscle name, and a branch name, e.g.: ..., Right_Deltoideus_Anterior_Part_1, Right_Deltoideus_Anterior_Part_2, Right_Deltoideus_Anterior_Part_3,  Right_Deltoideus_Anterior_Part_4, ..., which represents activation of 4 different branches of deltoid anterior muscle.
