Dataset for: Post-occupancy evaluation of residential buildings: Performance gaps, methods, and policy implications

This dataset contains processed bibliometric metadata and thematic coding variables for 148 peer-reviewed journal articles (2010–2025) analysed in the study “Post-occupancy evaluation of residential buildings: Performance gaps, methods, and policy implications.” The dataset includes publication year, country, methodological classification, performance dimensions, monitoring duration, reported performance gaps, policy translation indicators, and citation counts. Raw Scopus/Web of Science exports are not included due to database licensing restrictions.
