Transcriptional profiling of tumor-infiltrating antigen-presenting myeloid subsets and CD8 T cells in mice bearing MC38-OVA tumors treated with or without radiotherapy, αSIRPα, and/or αPD-1 treatment CD11b-CD11c+, CD11b+CD11c+, and CD11b+CD11c- myeloid populations and CD8 T cells were isolated from the irradiated tumors 5 days after 8-Gy or sham irradiation +/- αSIRPα and αPD-1 for RNA-sequencing analyses.
