The data describes the distribution of 44 freshwater-species and 5 threats (whose name are anonymous), in 2316 planning units of the Mitchell River Catchment. The study aims to develop a new approach for the spatial prioritization of conservation management actions to remediate threats to species, based on the ecological responses of species to threats.
