NRS-1751 | Procedure manual

The Operations Division of the Department of Consumer Affairs provided advice and assistance to consumers, and investigated complaints about unfair or fraudulent practices in the provision of goods and services. It provided administrative support for the Consumer Claims Tribunal at both Head Office and the six Regional and ten District Advisory Offices it supervised. Tribunal claims were registered by the Division, which also provided a mediatorial service for complainants and the relevant agencies. This manual is divided into three parts: general information; operations; and field section. Each part is indexed at the front of the volume.
