Computational meshes of the cardiac left ventricle

<b>A dataset of left ventricle (LV) anatomies used to study current applications of Simpson's bi-plane rule (SBR), and to develop a new robust standard for LV volume quantification. </b><b><br></b>The cardiac LV meshes are representative of <b>3 cohorts</b>:<b>- UKBB</b>: an adult healthy population (61.4 ± 7.5 y.o., n = 4113).<b>- YHC</b>: a young population (26.4 ± 2.1 y.o., n = 225).<b>- HFC</b>: a heart failure population (69 ± 11.2 y.o., n = 50).<br><br>Meshes are provided in <b>VTK </b>format for easier compatibility.Meshes within each population have node correspondence.<br>A detailed description of the framework for LV volume quantification using these meshes can be found in the 'Framework for LV volume quantification.docx' document.
