Processed Data from "Orthogonal Bayesian Calibration of XRF Data for Geological Applications (CHEMOLAB-D-25-01147)"

This is a collection of XRFS line intensity measurements and processed geological, soil, and sediment certified reference materals (CRMs) from a range of open source providers. This includes CRMs from USGS, IAG, WEPAL, NIST, IAG. The format of the process data matches what is needed to run the analysis published in "Orthogonal Bayesian Calibration of XRF Data for Geological Applications (CHEMOLAB-D-25-01147)" by Fávaro Lopes et al 2026. The calibration codes are available on GitHub, (https://github.com/dgahle/XRFS-Bayesian-Calibration/) with version 0.1.0-preprint-submitted used to produce the results in the publication.
