Western Blots and Immunofluoresence images for Jayakrishnan 2024

Repository contains supplementary data for Jayakrishnan et al., 2024 a) Powerpoint presentation containing all western blots used for quantification in Figure 2 and Figure S2 b) Immunofluoresence images used for quantifications in Figure 2 and S2. While images were acquired in 3D-stacks, maximum projections were used for quantification and is provided here. Acquisition metadata is embedded in the .tif images. Images from two replicates (KD29 and KD30 prefix) , different RNAi conditions (GST=Control, Set2,NSD, Ash1 prefix) and staining antibodies (K36me1/2/3 suffix). C1 channel refers to DAPI (DNA) staining while C2 labels antibody channel (K36me1/2/3 as indicated). Of note, replicate 1 (KD29) had additional staining antibodies included (msSet2, msNSD, K9Me2) but corresponding channels are not provided here.
