Nicotamide riboside attenuates age-associated transcriptional changes in hemoatpoietics stem cells Overall design: Transcriptional profile (RNA-seq) of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) from young (6-12 weeks), aged(20-24 moths) and aged mice treated with Nicotamide Riboside (NR, a form of vitamin B3). Female C57BL/6 mice were used for experiments. Animals received drinking water with or without NR (3mg/ml) ad libitum for 2 months.
