A random sampling inspection of legume vegetables was conducted at urban farmers' markets in Rui'an City to provide factual basis for qualification rate evaluation, and offer references and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing. 1. Data Collection: Legume vegetables were randomly sampled from urban farmers' markets across the city, and the resulting test data were analyzed. 2. Data Testing: The legume vegetables were tested in accordance with the national standards GB 2763-2021 *National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods* and GB 2763.1-2022 *National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits of 112 Pesticides Including Sodium 2,4-Dichlorophenoxybutyrate in Foods*, and relevant detection data were obtained. 3. Data Processing: All non-conforming test results were screened out to evaluate the unqualified rate. The overall unqualified rate of all samples = total number of unqualified samples / total number of all samples; the unqualified rate of a specific sample category (e.g., unqualified rate of green beans) = number of unqualified samples in the specific category / total number of samples in the specific category. Through analysis of the overall unqualified rate of all samples, the current food safety status of legume vegetables at urban farmers' markets across the city was clarified. Through analysis of the unqualified rates of different legume vegetables, it was identified which legume vegetables have relatively high unqualified rates, providing data references for consumers' healthy diet and reference for determining key detection targets in subsequent work.
