illumina NovaSeq sequencing of cDNA derived from leaf mRNA of Chamaecyparis obtusa

cDNA libraries were constructed from leaves of Chamaecyparis obtusa trees in Japan. After total RNA was extracted from leaves using CTAB buffer and SV total RNA purification system (Promega). cDNA syntheses were carried out using TruSeq Stranded mRNA Library Preparation Kit (illumina), and the libraries were sequenced using NovaSeq6000 with 2x100-bp paired-end reads by Macrogen Japan Corp.
