To investigate the function of RBM47-ISGylation in mouse lungs, we generated an RBM47 knock-in mouse in which K329 and K332 were mutated to ISGylation-deficient arginine (K329R;K332R). We then performed gene expression analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of lung tissues from wild-type and pure mice from the same litter. Gene expression profile of RBM47 K329R;K332R KI mouse lung RNA-seq data.

为探究RBM47的ISG化(ISGylation)在小鼠肺部中的功能,我们构建了RBM47敲入小鼠模型,将其中K329与K332位点突变为ISG化缺陷型精氨酸(K329R;K332R)。随后,我们利用同窝野生型与纯合突变小鼠的肺组织RNA-seq所得数据开展基因表达分析。本数据集包含RBM47 K329R;K332R敲入小鼠肺部的RNA-seq基因表达谱数据。
