Microbial communities in rotifer cultur water influenced by a biodegradable polymer PBSA

This study investigated the community structure of microbes (bacteria and archaea) in rotifer culture water influenced by a biodegradable polymer PBSA. The study used a bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) approach to determine actively growing microbes. This information would be useful for developing an effective rotifer culture method for aquaculture seedling production.
