CyL Mountains: protective Mountains

Cartographic representation of the mountains declared Protectors of the Autonomous Community of Castile and Leon.
Forest land or privately owned forests declared as such in accordance with Article 24 of Law 41/2003, of Montes, are protected by complying with any of the conditions that the declaration of public utility of public forests establishes in its article 13.
These mountains are part of the Network of Natural Areas of Special Interest -ZNIE- of Castilla y León, integrated in turn in the RANP, as provided for in Article 83 of Law 4/2015, Natural Heritage of Castile and Leon.

本数据集涵盖卡斯蒂利亚-莱昂自治区官方认定为保护山地的制图数据。依据《2003年第41号山地法》第24条被依法认定为林地或私有林的森林用地及私有林，只要符合公益林认定相关条款第13条规定的任一条件，即可获得保护。根据《2015年第4号卡斯蒂利亚-莱昂自然遗产法》第83条的规定，上述山地隶属于卡斯蒂利亚-莱昂自治区特殊利益自然区域网络（ZNIE），并进一步纳入自然保护区域网络（RANP）。
