Data analysis from: Theriault et al. JEB

This repository contains data and analysis scripts of <i>in situ</i> twitch kinetic and work loop data from the pigeon humerotriceps muscle. <i>In vivo</i> data were from a previous study conducted by other researchers and are not included within this repository. All included data were collected following procedures that were approved by the University of British Columbia Animal Care Committee.
