Social Health Yearbook 2021 of the City of Mulhouse and surroundings

The health-social directory responds to a strong demand from Mulhouse professionals and residents. It is a question of better orientation among the existing structures and devices, according to his needs or those of the person being accompanied. Its realisation was possible through the synergy of several projects: —L’Atelier Santé Ville, as part of the health component of the Urban Social Cohesion Contract \- The Mulhouse Regional Access to Prevention and Care Programme (PRAPS) \- The health component of the Plan pour l’Insertion, led by the General Council of Haut-Rhin \- Departmental integration policy, led by the Haut-Rhin Departmental Council \- The “Rights and Poverty” approach, initiated by the Council of Europe, coordinated by the City of Mulhouse and implemented by the inhabitants, volunteers and voluntary professionals. A directory makes sense only if it is in contact with the changing reality of the territory it covers.Therefore, this version is destined to evolve, to be regularly fed, updated, according to the information transmitted by the stakeholders concerned. Everyone must play the game of information transmission in order to enable this tool to improve from year to year.
