A script in the R environment for programming that loads images from MODIS repositories, transformed to monthly averages, and calculates the coefficients of an harmonic regression, as proposed in this paper as explanatory variables. The example in the script loads the monthly images of temperature for a period of several years, and saves the coefficients. (R 6Â kb)
