Tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf spot infected by Lasiodiplodia theobromae can led to a huge loss of tea yield. Degradome sequencing can reveal many known and novel miRNA targets during the plant-pathogen interaction. Tea samples were taken for degradome sequencing after infected by Lasiodiplodia theobromae for 3 days.
