Connecticut Reportable Disease Case List

Table published by the Connecticut Department of Public Health that contains reportable disease data. Each row of data represents a case of disease in a person with the reported state of residence.

Each case is assigned to a report period based on the date of symptom onset or first positive test. The report period is identified by the Report Period Start Date and Report Period End Date. The actual date the case occurred is not included to protect confidentially.

All data are preliminary; data for previous weeks are routinely updated as new reports are received, duplicate records are removed, and data errors are corrected.

本数据集由康涅狄格州公共卫生部（Connecticut Department of Public Health）发布，包含须报告传染病相关数据。数据集中每一行均代表一名居住于该州的患者的传染病确诊病例。
每一例病例将根据症状发作日期或首次检测阳性日期归入对应报告周期，报告周期通过报告周期开始日期与报告周期结束日期标识。为保护病例隐私，病例实际发病日期未予披露。
所有数据均为初步统计数据；此前各周的数据会根据新收到的上报报告、重复记录的剔除以及数据错误的修正进行常规更新。
