Dedications according to hamburg law

The data set contains information on the roads and paths dedicated to the Hamburg Roads Act (HWG) on the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the motorways and federal roads dedicated to the Federal Highway Act. It should only serve as a starting point for the status of dedication. No guarantee can be assumed for the accuracy of all data. The record contains two layers. The first contains a linear representation of the dedications of the respective streets. The source of the layer is the Hamburg Road Information Bank (HH-SIB). Since the shown lines cannot be automatically closed to the surrounding areas, the second layer is currently under construction. This contains an area-like representation of the dedications and serves in particular to represent the dedication status of page spaces and widening surfaces. The second layer is gradually filled with data and is not complete. The basis is the dedication order and the respective official display with the dedication announcement. In the case of dedicated roads, the date of dedication is usually indicated. The term “Before Hamburger Wegegesetz" is used for roads and paths that were already considered dedicated at the entry into force of the HWG within the meaning of §64 HWG and were accordingly not dedicated to HWG.
