These duplicated copies of reports were issued irregularly. The reports for June 1956 to April 1957 are unnumbered; from 5 May 1957 they are given an annual running number. Matters discussed or subjects dealt with are itemized at the beginning of each report and then reported on in further detail. Matters dealt with include: requests for authorised vehicle reserves, questions of kerbspace allocation re the provision of loading zones and parking meters, requests for the creation of new parking stations and other subjects which affect traffic conditions in the city.
