Stable water isotope measurements of discrete water samples collected during the L-WAIVE field campaign in 2019

This datasets contains the stable water isotopes measurements ($\delta^{18}$O, $\delta$D) in discrete water samples from collected during the Lacustrine-Water vApor Isotope inVentory Experiment (L-WAIVE) field campaign taking place in June 2019 in the Annecy valley in the French Alps (Chazette et al., 2021). Samples are collected from surface precipitation, lake water at different depths, at the interface layer of the lake, and from a cloud water collector mounted to an ultralight aircraft. In addition, blank samples as control measurements of the cloud collector are included. Measurements have been analysed for $\delta^{18}$O, $\delta$D at FARLAB, University of Bergen, Norway using cavity ring-down spectroscopy. Measurements were normalised to VSMOW-SLAP scale using the FLIIMP tool in Version 2.0 (Sodemann et al., 2023). Further details of the dataset are described in Chazette et al. (2021).
