This study idenfied RNA:DNA hybrids in Drosophila melanogaster embryos and S2 cells Overall design: DRIP-seq was carried out on Drosophila cell lines and embryos to identify RNA-DNA hybrids. Genomic DNA was treated with RNAseA and RNaseIII prior to immunoprecipitation with the S9.6 antibody. Control samples were additionally treated with RNaseH prior to immunoprecipitation. Strand specific DNA libraries were prepared and sequenced.
